[GSoC Report][Week 12] Architecture Cross-Grading Support in Debian

Hello,

Last week of work before final submission! This week has been a bit
light as I've just moved back home for the start of college next week.

Week 12 progress:
1. Fixed issue crossgrading Architecture: all packages not marked M-A:
foreign by crossgrading dpkg and apt before all other packages
2. Crossgrade sudo during the first stage to not force users to login
as root during crossgrades to non-natively supported architectures
3. Recorded updated asciicasts
