[GSoC Report][Week 8] Architecture Cross-Grading Support in Debian

Salutations all,

The end of month 2! Exciting stuff. A lot of progress has been made
this week, especially with packaging.

Week 8 progress:
1. Created a Python package for the crossgrader
2. Fixed auto-installed packages being marked as manually installed
after crossgrading
3. Worked on automating tests
  - Blocker: Using SSH does not work if internet access goes down
while crossgrading
4. Worked on packaging crossgrader for Debian

Next week: Finish up packaging, more tests!
