GSoC weekly report of Jaskaran Singh for week 3

This week I:

- Continued work on the patch spider, and the recursive scenario of the 
spider. I added functionalities to set a limit to the number of patches 
needed, assign priorities to certain domains while crawling, and denying 
links from certain domains.

- Implemented a parser for extracting patches from Debian packages. This 
parser uses the security tracker for determining fixed packages and 
their versions w/r/t a vulnerability and https://snapshot.debian.org for 
retrieving these packages. The existence of relevant patches is then 
checked for in these packages.

- Wrote necessary tests.
