GSoC weekly report of Jaskaran Singh for week 1

I spent this week setting up the base of the implementation, mostly 
pertaining to how the input and output of the patch finder would look 
like. Luciano, GCS and I decided on how and how often code reviews would 
be done, and how much they would intervene in the implementation process.

I made a little blog post about the project in general[1], and will 
write these every week.
