I would be grateful if you could please clarify me the following issues:
1. Hotel room
Since all hotel rooms are sold out for the 12th and the 13th of October, I would to know if it is always possible to share the room with Jaminy
2. Acommodation for the side events between October 9 - 12; and 13 - 19
I received a funding approval from Chris Lamb stating that the accomodation cost are included in the funding. Can please confirm if I will be reimbursed for these accomodation costs?
