GSoC weekly report of Georgios Pipilis for week 5

So, for last week:

- Updated documentation in order to match changes made in the previous weeks
- Started debugging a mysql error that caused big problems to the proxy
- Studied our scripts that work with Let's encrypt and SSL in order to
see how they work and what causes the let's encrypt error we are
having
- Installed different versions of the proxy server on different VMs in
order to see how the above errors are affected by different package
versions/setups
- Created a script that automates our docker procedures
