GSoC weekly report of Umang for week 2

Hey,

I spent second week of GSoC updating android-platform-system-core package.

There were so many build errors so most of the time went in fixing those. Along the way I learnt few things about makefiles and different compile flags.

Mentors were of great help. 

Right now, a few libraries are successfully building after some patching.
