Actually, it is possible for students to appear as "Final" even when
Google has not yet validated the replacement documents the student
submitted.

I'm aware of another applicant who was asked to re-submit before 9 April
but they still appear "Final" in the portal.

So I would suggest that mentors check with your students to make sure
they have responded to any requests from Google.  Otherwise those
students will vanish from the system on 9 April.  It doesn't look like
Google gives the mentors or the admins any warning about it.
