sorry for sending it late. Due to the last minute rush I am merging a few weeks report into one.
For the last few weeks, I have been working on iChat gateway. It was build on gloox 0.9.8 which was long outdated. I updated the files and code to make it compatible with the current stable build of gloox (v1.0.16). I have also made some small changes in code to remove ambiguous behavior of some functions and there by improve the code efficiency.
All the changes has been pushed into a branch[1]. Currently we're testing it on a lab server provided by Daniel. After successful output I will submit a pull request.
I also use this as an opportunity to thank those people and co-GSoCers who helped me on my 'GSoC journey'.
