[GSoC] important: weekly reports

Hi all,

The weekly report emails are really important for us mentors, for the
admins and for Google.

I had a quick look at the list archive:

https://lists.debian.org/debian-outreach/2016/07/threads.html

and some people haven't sent any reports at all during July.

If you don't see your name in that list, please try to send your next
report to debian-outreach@lists.debian.org as quickly as possible,
within the next couple of days at the latest.  We are all particularly
looking forward to reading the reports from those who went to DebConf.
