I did some install/remove/purge packages and got it to work. I can, now, play the video in the previous presentation and, too, I can insert a mp4 video on new presentations. I tested a mkv and it is inserted, too. Here is what I do after your replay:
Wondering. Nothing of this should have any effect.. Unless you of course rebooted into a new kernel afterwards after purging the old ones with a new driver, but... Regards, Rene
