Yes the problem was that by removing libreoffice-nlpsolver, the /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/extensions was a 0-byte file instead of a dir.

And should work again when installing libreoffice-nlpsolver (for magic reasons I don't yet understand, as it apparently replaced that 0 byte file by a dir again. Removing it then runs into the bug again....)by $ sudo rm -r /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/extensions $ sudo mkdir /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/extensions it now works. Solved, thank you :)
