Bug#990484: libreoffice-dictionaries: Character <U+2028> in debian/copyfile:3127,3220 breaks the paragraph unexpected

What an amusing thing, would be interesting to know how such char made
its way in.

I've commited the changes, but such minor bugs will only be fixed for
the next stable release, which will be bookworm.
