ah, nevermind, missed the attachement. That makes it more clear.

Though Debian does not ship anything which contains this script. We
package the stuff externally and not rely on the extension stuff (as the
same dicts are also used by other applications), here:

Besides that that would be libreoffice-dictionaries shipping it.

If you want it fixed upstream for their extensions, please file it upstream.
