I did not plan to accuse anybody. 
Are you objecting to the vocable 'dependency hell' ?

Policy allows to use separate
/usr/share/doc/libreoffice-common
/usr/share/doc/libreoffice-style-colibre and
/usr/share/doc/libreoffice-style-tango
directories which are not symlinks and copy the copyright file instead
and this way you do not have to add an unnecessary dependency.

The provision for the symlink in policy should not be seen as a
justification for unnecessary dependencies.
