I read the report just again.
Where did I? I wasn't able to reproduce it back then and that always what
was I said.

The bug that the config dir gets owned by root ttbomk still exhibits if
someone calls unopkg as root with $HOME being your home but that shouldn't
happen in the package scripts even back then.
(That's one reason Debian-packaged extensions are not using unopkg anymore,
but install the files directly as "bundled" extension.)

+ unreproducible is not accusing you of lying, just telling it simply
can not be reproduced. Sometimes bugs are hard to reproduce and/or need
specific (and be it "weird") steps. I even told you my steps.
After whose LO worked.
