Well, -core  then. As it affects all modules.

I'd consider the one everything falls back "default" (and thus is
why Debian has -galaxy providing libreoffice-style-default)..

I'd not install "unneccessary" icon sets. if we do, we can just ignore
the split completely and install all of them even if the majority doesn't
use them (hicontrast, sifr, ..)
