So to understand this:

sifr -> breeze -> galaxy (as for the second point sifr is dependent on breeze
and breeze is because of the first point dependent on galaxy)?

True?

Yes true. Also forgot to mention that oxygen is dependent on tango (oxygen -> tango -> galaxy), which was the main reason for me sending this email out. https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=94408

For Ubuntu which ships human by default, it should be set to be dependent on tango (human -> tango -> galaxy).

The simplest means of solving the first point is to make galaxy a mandatory dependency of each of the libreoffice modules (e.g. libreoffice-writer), and this would make sure that icons are not missing from the UI when distros decide to ship their own custom icon themes that arent complete (e.g. Linux Mint 17 ships Faenza theme - https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/attachments/download/194/Linux%20Mint%2017%20LibreOffice.png ).

I personally would prefer that tango be made the mandatory dependency, as that is LO's default icon theme, but as breeze isnt dependent on tango and KDE 5 distros would use breeze, maybe its not best to make them have to install tango, though it is only 3mbs.
