Gets created on the first start, so you *do* have it. Unless you deleted it
or if this is you first LibO start. (And yes, it tries to migrate settings from the
older dirs, maybe thaat causes a problem?)

Works here, so... And yes, I have .openoffice.org/3 and .libreoffice/3 present.
Worked also when I removed .libreoffice.
(Tried in a clean uptodate i386 wheezy chroot)
