And .libreoffice? Of course libreoffice doesn't use .openoffice.org etc.

Eh? The BTS is not a support forum. And it's not a bug in LibO if your config
permissions are wrong.

And your system seems to be broken in other ways, too. no package names here?

Needless to say: starts fine here (just tested yesterday).
