no argument. -common is installable even on amd64 :)
(Although not useful for using OOo ;))

You don't need either of them to access files in openoffice.org-common :)
The idea, however does make sense, but...

... as the OOo source (at least AFAIS) only contains the 1.1.x DTD...
That's also why I didn't do #321876.. Well, we probably could do a openoffice.org1-dtds,
but I doubt its sense ;-)
I'll look whether I can add the OD DTD...
