Bug#310313: openoffice.org-l10n-fr: strange conflict syntax - works by luck for 4.1 do not for 4.2

I don't understand what the conflict are supposed to do:

4.1:

The current l10n package for fr (4.2) is not installable as thre
are no version "1.1.4+1.1.5" version of openoffice.org.

-en is also broken.
