Bug#340269: openoffice.org-help-zh-cn: help directory should be renamed to zh-CN, or just create a link

Justification: renders package unusable

With zh_CN.UTF-8 locale, Ooo searchs help file in
/usr/lib/openoffice/help/zh-CN, but openoffice.org-help-zh-cn is installed
under /usr/lib/openoffice/help/zh-cn

Same as openoffice.org-help-zh-tw, help directory should be renamed to
zh-TW.
