And why do you think this needs reopening and reassigning to OOo?
OOo uses the _external_ libmyspell3 which _is_ fixed so this bug (
basically saying "make the spellchecker support KOI8-U) is fixed, too.
If, how and why OOo includes an own unused copy in its sources is not
really the point here. Same with the still neon security bug still
available in OOo 1.1.3 _sources_ but irrelevant since Debian's OOo
builds with system libneon23 (yes, that one will be fixed in the sources
in the next upload). And yes, I'll port this stuff to upstream
1.1.1/1.1.2 sources but I don't see why this bug should remain open.
But that's just MHO.
The changes will be - as Kevin already promised - in 1.1.3...
