Bug#232558: openoffice.org: doesn't handle LC_CTYPE

Package: openoffice.org
Version: 1.1.0-5
Severity: normal

With my normal locale (just LC_CTYPE=cs_CZ) I can not write some Czech
accented chars in OpenOffice.org. When changing to LC_ALL=cs_CZ it works
fine.
