This is because your screen is not "long or wide" enough. The template is
has much text but the info given there is necessary.

If the text is too long to fit on one "page" in the window, debconf does 
xactly this.

This would be mean to shorten the whole text which I don't like. The
options and dialogues themselves are NOT done by openoffice.org, we just give
debconf info data.
