Bug#180879: openoffice.org-l10n-fr: Wrong default path for templates

With the default common path for the templates oowriter can find any
template.
The template path should be set to /usr/lib/openoffice/share/template/french/wizard
instead of /usr/lib/openoffice/share/template/french
