This doesn't say _anything_. The _package_ bison has to be the right
version..i (I assume this is the fact, I just wanted to point it out..)

I assume this is as this message comes here, too with all builddeps
installed.
It is _not_ a bug in OOo or OOo's builddeps. OOo builds fine.
dpkg-checkbuilddeps doesn't complain.
Reassigning to apt.
