Let me guess; it does not happen with all files..

It seems to be the same as Bug #191989 (can you next time check if
a bug is filed already -- OK, I admit, the dirst report was filed
under openoffice.org-bin so that http://bugs.debian.org/openoffice.org
hasn't showed it, so your fault is understandable here...)

This actually is a glibc issue, the glibc maintainers are aware of that
and it will be fixed by 2.3.2-1.
