Bug#174490: openoffice.org-debian-files: no spadmin file and spadmin.bin doesn't save the printer settings

the oopadmin calls the spadim file which isn't existing (not like the
spadmin.bin) and after configuring the printers it does't save the config,
so restarting it - it shows there is no printer configured yet. So i'm
unable to print with oowrite because there is no saved configured printer.
