Maybe you misunderstood Jan, or Jan misunderstood me. I'm not working on this
topic now. i've tried to port oo to multclip library, but failed because
multclip didn't support self-intersecting polygons.

I've made a stub for gpcl (it is in OOo currently), that does nothing, except
returning NULL, and oo doesn't depend on gpc now.

If you want to write replacement for this library, you're welcome, but I have
no time to do it currently.
