OK, looks good.  You have English langpack and no help installed.

This is the problem.  Please downgrade this package to the version that is
currently available on the mirrors (4.5.3-3).

I was supposed to have fixed this but I guess I didn't.  Having seen the
version number that you have installed I can try again to fix it tomorrow,
but a manual downgrade by you will sort the problem out for you.

This confirms it is the stlport package problem.
