The newer openoffice.org-bin package is built against the Debian/unstable 
version of libgcc1. This is being held back from Debian/testing at the moment 
due to ongoing transitions (removal of db1 from libc, transition to gcc3.2). 
For can either upgrade to unstable versions of these libraries (and suffer 
the associated heartbreak - it is being held back for a reason!) or you can 
just wait until it is sorted out by Debian's developers.

Upgrading to the unstable branch _of the openoffice.org packages_ will not 
help in any way.
