French spellcheck
I made a package for french spellchecker based on the de-de one (with
almost no changes).
Where should I put it, or who would I have to send it to?
It may require a little review (overall because my name is in the
packager's fields ;-), but is working, and tested with version 1.0.1-1.
I'm ready to help anyone trying to make a more robust and unified system
among localisations.
