Please note that the transition is not over, and thus you should refrain from any upload not related to it. Those uploads will only delay the transition. The other blockers for the transition are currently octave-queueing and octave-statistics, whose autopkgtest fail against Octave 9 according to the octave tracker page. I still have to investigate what is the problem with octave-statistics. It looks like upgrading octave-queueing to 1.2.8 would help (the new release is not at the usual location, it has been moved to GitHub).
