Ok, I will request the removal from testing once we have fixed the other
packages.

Restricting the architecture set is almost always the wrong solution. But we
could request a removal of the binary packages (from unstable!) on the failing
architectures (marking the RM bug as blocking the transition bug).

Indeed I intend to NMU swig in order to fix plplot, I got the permission from
the maintainer.
