I did some further tweaks and batch-tested dh-octave on the DOG packages. Packages octave-symbolic and octave-interval still need some care, but the others seem to work.
I could make all Octave-Forge work with the dh-octave, after adjusting the respective debian/rules files. As soon as dh-octave will be accepted in unstable, the migration can be started.
