[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#833940: octave-nan includes its own version of libsvm -- not dynamically linked to libsvm

The octave-nan package includes the matlab libsvm toolbox which is an
interface to the C++ library libsvm [1].  libsvm is already package in
Debian [2] but the octave-nan package seems statically linked with the
outdated version of libsvm that is distributed with the octave nan
package.
