Hi,

I uploaded octave 4.0.0-5~bpo8+1, but I now realize that I forgot to
undo the liboctave3->liboctave3v5 renaming (as part of the GCC 5
transition, see [1]).

Please reject the current upload, and I'll make a fixed one.
