Thanks for delineating the plan, Sébastien.There is a huge backlog of updated packages in Git. Should I start filing the RFUs for uploads to experimental?
I have also started working on some of the rdeps and preparing the changes for making them work with Octave 4.0. I will pursue this work as time permits.
