Ok, did that. Many strange things happen.
First time: I launch QtOctave, I type
graphics_toolkit fltk
plot(something)
close
and indeed the graphics window does not go away. I type
plot(something)
and the plot is not updated, the window contents disappear, as it does
under Emacs. Then I close qtoctave and the plot window finally closes.
From now on, when I launch qtoctave the interactive window gets killed
after a couple of seconds. Removing the ~/.qtoctave directory solves
the problem. Second test:
graphics_toolkit fltk
plot(something)
I press the G button on the plot window, nothing happens. Then
plot(something else)
the plot is updated, with a grid on. Then
close
nothing happens. Even in this second test the behaviour is the same as
from the inferior octave Emacs buffer.
