An update on the above: optiminterp, tsa, and ga have been ported. If we
really remove the RC packages, then only fixed, financial, nnet, and
benchmark will be left. We are pretty close to our goal and, hopefully,
the 3.2 -> 3.6 transition will happen way before the wheezy freeze.
