[Pkg-octave-devel] Bug#502295: Bug#502295: octave-fixed: The info manual should go in the info dir

Why not? The info directory is made just for that: having the manuals
grouped together into a consistent framework. That's the first place I
look for documentation, and given that it is an Octave package, it seems
natural. Even if the original package does not contain a compiled info
file, it is very easy to produce one and install it. Why not?

I added that line just below the OdePkg (octave-odepkg) one. As far as
I can tell, that is the right place, because there is no such thing as
an Octave structure. Am I missing anything?
