AFAIK, there is no -ff90 option in gfortran. It is specific to g77. Remove 
that and also use -ffloat-store option if you want to compile refblas3 
packages. I have had success compiling refblas3 packages with gfortran-4.2 
using the -ffloat-store option.

I have missed the previous discussions. Is there any reason going with 
gfortran-4.1 instead of gfortran-4.2?
