Package: octave2.9
Version: 2.9.10-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Octave 2.9.10 doesn't play well with the current octave2.9-forge packages in
Debian, so it shouldn't enter testing in the current state.

As we have failed to package the new octave-forge packages in a reasonable
time (and unless someone hands me some sort of time-warp engine, this won't
change in the near future), we and our users are better off letting Octave
into testing.
Users can install the octave-forge packages themselves using Octave's package
manager, pkg.m.
