Hehe, well, it can probably be improved.

There is also some code from goswin who kind of reimplemented debmirror in
ocaml, but i am not sure it ever got uploaded anywhere, and i have also some
very basic code to parse Packages file, but very very basic, so Goswin's code
should be neater.
