I Berke,

I think the best idea is to get an alioth account, and then to be added to
debian-ocaml-maint project (or whatever it is called). Once you have the
account just mail us and we will add you and Thomas, unless you are already
there, and then starting adding the packages in the svn repo (ara is there
already, so maybe best would be to add another package in the ara directory or
something such). Once that is done, it is really easy for us to sponsor the
packages.

Also, hurrying a bit would be worthwhile, since the debian non-base freeze
should be any day now (by end of october maybe), so there is not much time
left, and the package needs to be NEW processed by an ftp-master too.
