Hello.
Due to the overwhelming amount of garbage email I receive each day, I've had to disable this email address.
You can still reach me via email.
If you know me, then please change the email address you have for me to:
    my first name @ my first name last name . com.

For example, if my name is Bill Gates, then my email address is bill@billgates.com. Get it? I sure hope so.

Now, there are a few rules I would like you to follow when using my email address.

#1 - If you forward email I've sent to you, please remove my email address from the email.
#2 - If you forward email TO me and it's also going to a lot of other people, please put my email address in the BCC (this is  the BLIND COURTESY COPY. Other people cannot see my email address).
#3 - Please do NOT put my email address in some web form for sending e-cards and the like. I appriciate the gesture, but I rather just receive a plain old email.
#4 - REMEMBER, this is not your email address, it's mine. Please do not distribute it without my permission.
