status update of ocaml 3.06 testing transition.

Current situation of the ocaml 3.06 testing migration is :
o ocaml 3.06-7 is out of date on arm and mipsel.
arm does not appear to have it built yet, and mipsel seemed to have
problems with the mirror it is fetching the sources from since it
only seem to find 3.06-6.1.
=> For both these problems, i will let it wait still a few days, and
then inquire if they are not solved.
o postgreSQL has still an open Grave bug on sparc :
#165060: postgresql: int8 value out of range on sparc
Brian Macy thinks he figured this one out yesterday, so there may be
a fixed package out soon.
=> Again, nothing can be done here, we will have to wait about it.
o wlex is out of date on arm, pxp is out of date on mipsel and s390.
=> Let's wait a few days for the autobuilder to catch up, wlex still
needs 8 days before it is ready.
So apart from the postgreSQL Bug#165060, everything seems to be on
track.
Unless there is another issue i did miss naturally.
I thus think we should have a mini-freeze this next week, at least for
stuff that is already in testing, and if all goes well, ocaml 3.06 will
enter testing next sunday or the monday after it.
