I hope that this time it fixes the emacs problem, and should build for
everyone just fine, please test it.

That said, i just noticed that it still don't provide empty /etc/ocaml/ld.conf
or /var/lib/ocaml/ld.conf files, i will add them in a next package.

Also, i have marked this as priority high, let's hope that this helps us
getting it in unstable quicker, as the problem of ocaml-source still remains.
